- Local tax is not included in the price of the stay. This fee will be added to the price of the stay for obliged persons on the basis of the general binding decree of the town of Františkovy Lázně according to the version valid on the day of arrival, currently 50 CZK per person per day.
- In the period from 18th December to 31th December the minimum length of stay is 6 nights with mandatory surcharges according to the price agreement.
- By paying the price of the stay, or part of it, respectively (the deposit), I hereby confirm that I accept the safety and hygienic measures during my stay, which shall be given by the accommodation provider. I understand that such measures and regulations may influence the character and comfort of some of the provided services.
